Protecting your private information is important to Relic Card Grading, LLC (“us,” “we”, “our,” “Relic Card Grading,” “Relic”).  By using the Relic Card Grading website (“site”), you consent to the data collection/practices as outlined in this statement. Personal information may be collected to better serve our customers to provide the best overall user/customer experience possible. We, Relic Card Grading, do not collect any personal information unless you, the customer/user, elect to provide such information. Collection of personal information may include, but is not limited to, the following: First and last name, phone number, email address, shipping/mailing address, credit card or other payment method information. By using this site, you, the “customer,” or “user,” agree to the Relic Card Grading Policy and the overall Terms and Conditions as laid out by Relic Card Grading, LLC.

Relic Card Grading may collect personal information, when provided by the user, in various areas of the Relic Card Grading site, which include, but are not limited to the following: Upon customer checkout and/or when paying for a product or service (e.g. grading services), and/or when registering for an account on Relic Card Grading, and/or when registering for any Relic Card Grading sponsored newsletters, mailing lists, or prize drawings, and/or when registering for or entering a contest and/or promotion sponsored by one of our partners; and/or when submitting contact information as outlined above. Relic Card Grading collects and uses your personal information to operate and maintain this website.

• Contact and/or account information provided by you, the customer, during order submission, such as mailing address, shipping address, billing address(es), email address, phone number, user preferences and/or selections, username and password
• Information we collect from third-party payment processors.
• Information collected as part of surveys, newsletter registration, and giveaway or promotion registration,
• Information we collect from third-party shipping providers.
• Geolocation and/or IP address location.
• Relic Card Grading does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information of anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must get the permission of your parent or guardian to use this site in any capacity.

THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION

We, Relic Card Grading, will not be responsible for the policies, practices, and/or services provided by any third-parties.

You, the “customer,” “user,” agree to sharing some of your personal information with certain types of third parties.  We may collect personal information about you from these third parties, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, handling your transactions. Relic Card Grading does not see, store, otherwise retain any customer financial information as Relic Card Grading uses third party providers to process payments. Information, provided to third-party payment processors is subject to the their (the third-parties) privacy policy and terms and conditions.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Relic Card Grading, LLC. uses your information for the following purposes:

• Relic Card Grading sponsored newsletters
• Provide the customer information/updates related to their order (i.e. order confirmation, invoice numbers, order details, shipping/tracking information, etc.)
• To respond to customer inquiries related to Relic Card grading services, giveaways, terms, privacy, orders, etc.
• Process refunds where applicable

• Order fulfillment via third-party shipping service providers
• Development of new products and services to better meet customer needs
• Comply with legal obligation where applicable
• Communicate with the customer in situations where they have requested and/or opted in to receiving information from Relic Card Grading

• To fulfill payments using the payment payment processor of our choosing which may include “Stripe,” “PayPal,” “Venmo’,” or any other payment processor authorized by Relic Card Grading.
